I want today's deal — how do I get it?

It’s simple! All you have to do is click the “BUY” button which you’ll find on the same page as the deal. Just be sure to do so before the deal expires at midnight. And remember, part of the fun is that the deal is only valid if enough people buy into it. So be sure to tell all your friends; they can help push the deal through! At the end of the day, if the minimum number of people has signed up for the deal, we’ll charge your card and send you a link to print your EcoNom. If not enough people join, though, the deal is off and you will not be charged.

Whom do I contact if I have questions about an item?

For questions about products, you're probably best off going straight to the manufacturer - we stand behind every product we offer, but that doesn't mean we know how all of their parts fit together. You'll get the most knowledgeable answer from the supplier.

Do I need to use my EcoNom right away?
No. Many EcoNoms do have an expiry date which is printed directly on it, but you never have to use them on the date of purchase. In most cases, you will have 6-12 months to use your EcoNom.

I bought a EcoNom but I’m not sure how to use it? What do I do now?
Once you've been charged and the deal has expired (which happens at midnight on the day the deal is posted), you will receive an email the following day that includes a link to follow in order to print your EcoNom. Alternatively, you can sign in to your account at tuango.ca to print your EcoNom. The EcoNom itself will have redemption instructions printed on it.

What payment methods does EcoNom accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and You can use Pay Pal.

Can I buy a EcoNom as a gift for someone else?
Of course! Our deals are transferable and can be gifted in a variety of ways. If you wish to have your EcoNom emailed as a gift, you can select this option at the time of purchase. You can also print it out like a traditional gift certificate if you prefer to present the EcoNom in person.

If I don't use the full value of the EcoNom in one visit, can I use the remainder at a later date?

No. Unless the EcoNom specifically states otherwise, you will not receive store credit or cash back for the unused amount. Instead, treat a friend!

Can I combine my EcoNom with other offers or specials?

No. Unless the EcoNom specifically states otherwise, it must be used independently of other specials.

What if the business for my EcoNom goes out of business?
In the unlikely event that one of our merchant partners shuts down before you have the chance to redeem your EcoNom, you will be issued an immediate refund, no questions asked.

Will I be billed as soon as I join EcoNom?
No. It's free to become a member of EcoNom. You only pay for deals!

What if the person I refer subscribes to the site - any love for that?

Of course! If someone you refer subscribes within 72 hours, you'll receive $5 in EcoNom Bucks whenever they make their first purchase.
